Mombasa, Kenya
Sean & Joyce McIntyre started a church in Mombasa in 2002. In 2010, a plot of land was acquired in one of the poorest areas of Mombasa and the construction of a church building began, Sean and Joyce were passionate to see revival and transformation. Through New Life Church, they sought to provide an alternative to syncretism (the mixing of traditional beliefs with Christian teaching) and false teaching (such as the prosperity Gospel) which has become so prevalent in Africa.
Having established and developed New Life Church for 20 years, Sean & Joyce have relinquished their responsibility for it and the future of the church, renamed and now known as Barnabas East Africa, rests in the hands of Pastors Mac & Faith Kioko.
We continue to support Barnabas East Africa and praise God for the progress that is being made. We are greatly encouraged by the expansion and growth, both spiritually within members of the church family and structurally, with notable improvements to the church building and site. These include the building of a platform and the purchase of PA equipment for outreach, a deeper bore-hole and solar powered pump to provide free clean water to the local community and the construction of additional buildings to accommodate Sunday classes for children and youth plus office and administration facilities.
Thank you for your support and donations to help Barnabas East Africa expand their local outreach activities and develop church facilities.

Maasailand
David Kereto is head of the Maasai Evangelical Association, planting new churches for the Maasai people in Kenya & Tanzania, providing training for Pastors and leaders, and encouraging church growth. David runs a programme to help young Maasai girls, aged between 10-14 years, at risk of FGM and early enforced marriage and has launched a project to help widows by providing them with food. There are many widows and their situations differ; some have disabilities, some are elderly, some have young children. It is especially hard for them, particularly at times when there is a water shortage and famine in the area.
Thank you for your support and donations to help David develop a site on the edge of the Maasai Mara with a Guest House and camping facilities. The aim of this non-profit business scheme is to generate income to support the Maasai community through the various projects.

Romania & Ukraine
A British missionary, living with his family in Romania 30 kilometres from the border of Ukraine, is assisting Ukrainian refugees coming to Romania, with the backing of larger organisations. Help is needed to provide sleeping bags, food and assistance for the refugees as well as to take supplies to those remaining and to bring out people who have difficulty travelling.
